Glad you enjoyed the experience. I hav...Great post. Glad you enjoyed the experience. I have to agree that most house tours are just plain boring. I avoid them too and I manage three historic houses! But most organizations are catching on to the idea that the tours have to be based on /people/ not /objects/. My mantra at one of our houses is "get beyond the wallpaper."
